This class is the best way to get acquainted with Pilates, a full-body workout aimed at building strength from the core of your body: the abdominal muscles, pelvis and lower back. We train on the mat, repeating the exercises as demonstrated by the coach. During the exercises you use body weight and sometimes elastic bands or balls for resistance. We move with controlled and low impact movements for a strong core and focus on the deep muscles, always in small groups and in a safe environment: for every body!
