Wat zijn de Gay Games Valencia 2026? De Gay Games XII in Valencia zijn een internationaal sportfeest voor LHBTQI+ sporters. Het evenement vindt plaats van 27 juni tot en met 4 juli 2026. Er worden meer dan 10.000 deelnemers uit ruim 80 landen verwacht.
Wie organiseert de Nederlandse delegatie? Pride and Sports organiseert de Nederlandse delegatie, genaamd “Team Netherlands”.
Vragen over jouw deelname als sporter aan Team Netherlands (delegatie)
Wat is het verschil tussen aanmelden bij Pride and Sports Team Netherlands en jezelf inschrijven bij de Gay Games Valencia? Dit zijn twee verschillende dingen:
- Aanmelden bij Pride and Sports: Dit doe je via deze website en is bedoeld om informatie te ontvangen over Team Netherlands (zoals housing, vluchten, delegatiekleding, etc.) en onderdeel te worden van de Nederlandse delegatie.
- Inschrijven bij Gay Games Valencia: Dit is de officiële inschrijving voor jouw sportdeelname. Dit moet je altijd via de website van de Gay Games Valencia zelf doen.

Vragen over een mogelijk Ambassadeurschap bij Team Netherlands
Waarom zoekt Pride and Sports ambassadeurs? Pride and Sports zoekt ambassadeurs om zoveel mogelijk Nederlandse queer sporters te bereiken en te enthousiasmeren om deel te nemen aan de Gay Games als onderdeel van Team Netherlands.
Wat wordt er van mij verwacht als ambassadeur? Als ambassadeur word je gevraagd om:
- Het aanspreekpunt te zijn voor jouw specifieke sport en/of regio.
- Actief mee te helpen om andere sporters te motiveren en enthousiasmeren om zich bij Team Netherlands aan te sluiten.
- Mee te denken over activiteiten, bijeenkomsten en de communicatie richting Valencia 2026.
- Jouw energie, ideeën en netwerk in te brengen.
Wie kan ambassadeur worden? Iedereen die betrokken is en wil helpen. Pride and Sports zoekt specifiek naar mensen uit verschillende sporten én regio’s. Het maakt niet uit of je actief bent binnen een LHBTQI+ sportclub of daarbuiten.
Hoe kan ik mij aanmelden als ambassadeur? Je kunt je aanmelden door [dit formulier] (verwijzend naar het formulier in de originele tekst) in te vullen.
Welke informatie moet ik doorgeven als ik ambassadeur wil worden? In het formulier wordt je gevraagd om onder andere aan te geven:
- In welke sport(en) je actief bent.
- In welke regio je vooral betrokken bent.
- Waarom je ambassadeur zou willen worden.
