Yoga is originally a number of age-old physical, mental and spiritual disciplines from India. At We Are Queer we approach yoga as a flowing series of movements on a mat with a focus on breathing. This way you strengthen the connection between mind and body. Throughout the class there is a balance between active sequences and more passive stretches. With yoga you develop strength as well as flexibility. Our coach demonstrates the exercises and offers adjustments for different levels of agility.
